Teaching and professional connections
How we work
-
Specialised assessment
Clinical history, physical and functional examination, and analysis of the factors that may be related to your symptoms.
-
A strategy for your case
We set goals and plan a treatment adapted to your needs and to the available scientific evidence.
-
Treatment and reassessment
Your progress is reviewed throughout the process so that the treatment can be adjusted to your response.
A specialised approach to orofacial pain and function
Craniofacial physiotherapy
CJM is a physiotherapy project specialised in the management of orofacial pain, temporomandibular disorders, headaches and other problems related to craniofacial function.
We bring together clinical practice, scientific knowledge and research to make better decisions in every case. No closed protocols or standard treatments: we assess the problem as a whole and adapt the approach to each person.
Physiotherapist specialising in orofacial pain, temporomandibular disorders and craniofacial rehabilitation
Cristian Justribó Manion
Cristian Justribó Manion’s professional career began in 2008, when the Centro Médico Terapéutico y de Enfermedades Osteoarticulares (CMT) was founded, a family project he set up together with his father, Dr Carlos Justribó Berlanga, an orthopaedic surgeon.
Today he combines clinical work with doctoral research, focused on persistent painful temporomandibular disorders, and university teaching.
We practise specialised, critical physiotherapy informed by scientific evidence
Why choose us?
-
Scientific evidence
Clinical decisions are based on the available scientific knowledge, combined with the assessment of each patient.
-
Individualised care
We do not apply one-size-fits-all protocols. Every treatment starts from its own assessment and goals.
-
Experience and specialisation
CJM focuses its work on orofacial pain, temporomandibular disorders, headaches and craniofacial physiotherapy.
-
Interdisciplinary work
We work with professionals in dentistry, medicine, maxillofacial surgery, neurology, ear, nose and throat (ENT), speech and language therapy and other disciplines when the case requires it.
Publications and research
CJM takes an active part in scientific research on orofacial pain, temporomandibular disorders and craniofacial physiotherapy, connecting research with the problems we see in our patients.
